Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Gather, document, and prioritize requirements using Agile methodologies
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile frameworks and requirement management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
