Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Document requirements using user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS/tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN) and requirements management tools
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with competing priorities
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (process maps, specs, etc.)
