Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate data integrity and recommend process optimization strategies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in process mapping and requirements documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
