- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in contract or consulting roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
