Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and project scope
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics
- Validate system changes through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with requirements gathering and process modeling (BPMN)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
