Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications
- Develop data models and visualizations using SQL/Excel
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches
- Document workflows and create process improvement plans
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech/healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating process modeling artifacts
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
