Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and prioritize requirements
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business and technical teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
