Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements using UML diagrams
- Develop data models and SQL queries to support decision-making
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Validate solutions against business objectives and KPIs
- Document processes using Visio and Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Data Science
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA) preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of financial services or healthcare industries
