Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner proxy
- Validate system changes through UAT and regression testing
- Develop process flow diagrams and data models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or CBA) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing BA deliverables required
