Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align project objectives
- Document workflows, create process maps, and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
