Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain data models using SQL and Excel for trend analysis
- Facilitate JIRA backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Create executive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for performance monitoring
- Document business processes using Visio and Lucidchart
- Coordinate UAT cycles and validate solution efficacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA), and data visualization tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (BPMN, Lean)
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (BRDs, user stories, wireframes)
