Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain SQL databases to support data analysis and reporting needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Support system testing and user acceptance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
