Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and success metrics
- Create detailed financial models and KPI dashboards to track performance
- Validate system implementations through UAT and provide actionable feedback
- Present findings to executive leadership using compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA) preferred
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
