Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and process flows
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process maps, and wireframes
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings to leadership
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting setting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with financial services or healthcare industries highly valued
