Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
