Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements using user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create data models and SQL queries for business intelligence needs
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop test cases and validate solution implementations
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables required
