Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and pain points.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Document and manage the change management process for new system implementations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support during system rollouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
