Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and document detailed process flows, use cases, and system requirements using industry-standard tools.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and workshops to ensure clear communication across all levels.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of business initiatives.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired future states to recommend strategic solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or service sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Excel).
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data effectively.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and driving consensus.
