Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven methodologies
- Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into detailed specifications
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and visual dashboards
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes and new features
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through clear visualizations
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to track business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of delivering process optimization projects
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirement management tools
