Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows, identify pain points, and design process improvements
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless implementation of system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel (including VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or related preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) highly desirable
