Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD) and technical specifications.
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to implementation.
- Monitor project progress and communicate risks to management effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
