Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and recommend process improvements (BPR).
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams during project lifecycles.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and reporting.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication between business and IT teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues early in the development cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Tableau.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Visio.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
