Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements and document them clearly.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization, automation, and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure mutual understanding.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving business issues.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools like Jira or Confluence.
