Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements and process improvements.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current operations and desired future states.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business units.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive decision-making.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within the agile or waterfall framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
