Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional technical specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, wireframes, and data models using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions for system optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and external clients to ensure alignment.
- Track project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and workshops to drive consensus among diverse groups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software (Jira, Confluence).
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
