Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project scopes.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create detailed documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and process flows (BPMN).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure solution alignment.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and desired future states.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
