Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new systems and processes.
- Translate complex business needs into functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Perform data analysis and create detailed process maps and flowcharts to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with IT, operations, and finance departments to ensure successful project delivery and system integration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired future states.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
