Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis to define business needs and solution scopes.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Management, to ensure project alignment.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Utilize SQL and Excel to manipulate data sets and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
