Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and user stories.
- Analyze current business workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
