Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and stakeholders, to define project scope and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize complex business processes.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current state processes and desired future states.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops to elicit clear and actionable requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
