- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flowcharts.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the workflow.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is highly preferred.
