Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and create detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain business process models using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Conduct gap analysis and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
