Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement software solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process maps, and UI wireframes.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
- Facilitate JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions to ensure alignment across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including JIRA.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
