Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather detailed business requirements to define project scope.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business process documentation and flowcharts.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired future states.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and training sessions for staff adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing projects from conception to delivery.
