Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage complex month-end close processes for corporate entities
- Develop and maintain financial models for executive reporting
- Coordinate internal audits and SOX compliance documentation
- Lead process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
- Maintain accurate general ledger and reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate accounting experience in public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite/Oracle)
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage month-end closes for $100M+ entities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Nashville-based candidates strongly preferred
