Responsibilities
- Lead strategic financial planning and analysis for $2B+ corporate portfolio
- Direct capital allocation initiatives and debt/equity structuring
- Oversee risk management frameworks and compliance protocols
- Mentor 8-person finance team through performance coaching
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting systems
- Drive process optimization using ERP and BI tools
- Represent finance in cross-functional strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years corporate finance experience with 5+ in leadership
- CPA or CFA certification required
- Expertise in M&A valuation and due diligence
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Power BI
- Proven success managing P&L statements >$500M
- Strong SEC reporting and compliance knowledge
- Excellent executive presentation and stakeholder management
- Illinois-based finance operations experience preferred
