Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including GAAP compliance, month-end closing, and SOX audits
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for strategic planning and M&A activities
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
- Mentor finance team members through career development programs
- Drive digital transformation in financial systems and reporting
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 10+ years progressive finance experience
- Proven track record in corporate controller role within Fortune 500 environment
- Expertise in complex consolidation, international accounting, and SEC reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong leadership background managing teams of 15+ professionals
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred from AACSB-accredited institution
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics industry highly desirable
