Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial forecasting and budget variance analysis for $50M+ division
- Develop executive dashboards using Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling for capital expenditure projects and market expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and maintain robust internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Certification in Power BI or Tableau strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and financial reporting tools
