Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting for $500M+ revenue streams
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives including M&A activities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Drive process improvements in FP&A cycles and financial controls
- Manage cross-functional teams on treasury, tax, and audit compliance
- Present financial insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior finance professionals in career development
Qualifications
- CPA or MBA with 7+ years in corporate finance/FP&A
- Proven experience with large-scale financial systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI visualization skills
- Experience in public accounting or multinational corporations
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
