Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to support capital allocation, liquidity management, and risk assessment
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Lead process improvement projects within the finance department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of corporate treasury functions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation highly desirable
