Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close processes and financial reporting
- Prepare reconciliations for corporate bank accounts and credit cards
- Assist with audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data for executive decision-making support
- Coordinate with AP/AR teams to ensure accurate cash flow
- Implement process improvements for financial operations
- Maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Experience with corporate tax filings and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
