Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct financial audits and ensure internal controls are effective
- Collaborate with department heads on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare corporate tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years corporate accounting experience in Tucson
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience with financial reporting tools
