Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and handle confidential communications
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison between teams
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for digital and physical records
- Support onboarding processes for new hires including orientation and training coordination
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in external communications and stakeholder interactions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of corporate administrative or internship experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven problem-solving and time management capabilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional inter-site travel)
