Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, requirements specifications, and project plans.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in Sacramento and beyond.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project milestones are met and business objectives are achieved.
- Assist in the implementation of new corporate systems and software tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, corporate operations, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (Jira, Asana).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
