Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business growth
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with executive team on financial decision-making
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls effectiveness
- Mentor finance team members and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CMA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years in corporate controller role
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience leading cross-functional financial initiatives
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
