Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with executive team on budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll departments
- Direct tax planning and audit coordination activities
- Implement process improvements for financial operations efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ in corporate controller role
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing or corporate finance environment
