Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end closing, financial reporting, and audits
- Develop and implement financial policies to ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow optimization and banking relationships
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
