Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage audit coordination and compliance with GAAP/SEC regulations
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Analyze financial trends to support executive strategic planning
- Direct accounts payable, receivable, and treasury operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience in SEC reporting and public company compliance
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
