Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with accurate deliverables
- Develop and implement financial strategies supporting business growth objectives
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Collaborate with executive team on M&A transactions and capital allocation
- Mentor finance team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA strongly preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in complex financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Proven success in scaling operations for high-growth environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for executive stakeholder engagement
