Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes for executive leadership
- Direct accounts payable, receivable, and payroll departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Mentor and develop a team of 5+ accounting professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and team development
- Corporate or public accounting experience in regulated industries
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
